Great achievement and a piece of history.
I hope it works out for him.
But would want to see more regular consistent performances.

Slightly off topic but has anyone else noticed that a 7'0" centre is averaging a triple double.

Ease up Anon.... The season is 10 games in and in my opinion, he's been very consistent in pre-season and to date, bar the first game of the season. Here is the link to his game log which evidences the consistency and game by game improvement in his short playing span thus far:

I love the way he plays and his passing flair and self-confidence, pace pushing etc.

Hopefully a long career to come so that we can enjoy his talent and the flair that at times is missing from the game...

Just did a quick review of his first 5 vs second 5 games:

First 5:
11pts, 4 ast, 4.5 rbs, 1.4 stl, 2.4 T/O, 4/11 FGM/A (36.4%)

Second 5:
14.4pts, 8 ast, 8 rbs, 1.6 stl, 1.8 T/O, 5.4/12.6 FGM/A (42.9%)

A small sample size, but promising nonetheless....

As I've said previously you can coach very well, but talent stands out even in bad coaching situations. He a real talent. I’m not saying his last coach or this one are bad but he’s above the pack.

The amount of coaches that would have attempted to change Hammers shot would be plenty. Stop worrying about mechanics and focus on whether or not the percentages improve over the next 24 months.
