Seems a bit underwhelming to me? No real professional experience. Is Vic supposed to be replacing Lamar?

also seems to leave the roster on the small side again - like last year - too many small forwards and not enough tall timber

My bad lads, just did a quick googell search and his Wikipeadia page said he's only played in the G League
If he doesnt walk out to Yo Gotti- Law. I feel its a huge missed oppurtunity.

Good signing. All NBA G League I like it.

Bullets Depth Chart IMO
PG Nathan Sobey/Tamuri Wigness
SG Anthony Drmic/Jason Cadee/ Kian Dennis (DP)
SF Orlando Johnson/Tanner Krebs (L)/Blake Jones(DP)
PF Vic Law/Harry Froling/ Cal Dalton (DP)
C Matt Hodgson/ Tyrell Harrison
Persisting with Sobey at pg might bite them in the arse.
Law might be a tad undersized for a forward but if their two imports are half decent I think Brisbane will be thereabouts this season.

I agree with a previous anon sentiment. Persisting with Sobey at point isn't getting you to the playoffs in this super competitive season. I like him, but his decision-making skills during crunch time are poor, not something you want from your chief ball handler. Far more valuable off ball.
I hope they do well, but if there’s a market for wooden spooners, I’d say Brisbane is at shortest odds right now.

Oh Ben, yet again hating on his home team.
If you think Brisbane will finish below at least Adelaide or South East Melbourne, you are smoking some bad weed.
Everyone wrote Cairns off at the start of last season (said who the hell is Scott Machado and Cam Oliver?) and look where they ended up.
We will see.
Exactly, other than Perth who set the bench mark and Melbourne who spend big as Perth do its even Stevens for the rest at this stage. Sydney had great start last season but in the end were not that good or Weaver got worked out.
This is the season Perth might miss the playoffs.

Stating a fact about your PG who shouldn't be playing in the position isn't hating.
Perth missing play offs, lmao, it ain't happening unless they go into a hub and it ain’t in Perth. There still is no better player in the league than Cotton plus they have a coach that knows how to win. I’m not a Perth supporter either.
