Just curious to find out how many teams some clubs will field next year. I hear forestville will have nearly 50 and Southern will field around 53 teams. Who has had their trials and who is not and how are clubs looking for next year. Interested especially in 10's 12's 14's boys and girls.

can someone please tell me which clubs are have trails. so far i only konw that south adelaide is?

As far as I know, the majority of clubs have held their external trials. I heard that Forestville had 53 NEW girls turn up just for U14 girls, though my source is extremely unreliable (a friend of my sister - ie an 11yr old girl). Not true, Paul A? Or something like that total for that age group?
Still, amazing numbers, basketball is back it seems!

Sturt, What were your numbers at External trials. Forestville, other grades? North Adelaide?

Southern had 435 kids through the doors anywhere between 53 and 57 teams. (Trials held 1 August)
There will be a second evaluation session for Girls on Sunday 19 Sept and for Boys on Sunday 26 Sept.

Forestville had 443 players attend trials last week. We plan to nominate about 50 district teams.
