Are the Webber boys next? Time must be up soon. Have heard Lycett has quit too.
Why would Webbers leave club that they're protected species? No other club would put up with their crap and privilege, who's coaching the flames women atm for the ABC?
Webber's must not be so protected anymore if one of them has left!
Visa issues for the coach??? Surely plenty of capable Australian coaches
Plenty of capable local coaches, just no-one wants to be involved at that clubs family dictatorship.
Where was Norwoods women's coach last night. Who made the call on Shannon if coach isn’t around? Not required by a team beaten by 45 by the team happy to have her. Crazy!!!
So Norwood also sack a 7 foot ex AIS ex Div 1 college player too. Who has the bad attitude or more importantly who did they upset on the board?
Don't ever change, Norwood.
You've been giving the rest of us laughs for years now with your dysfunctional management.
Don't forget Norwood also let Vaulk walk, lots of problems there.
Also a Norwood female stalwart was released to Forestville.
No Jess Good and Tayla Ortlepp not good enough to make Norwoods team so are handy pick-ups at North too!!!!!
Bad attitude nice spin by the Norwood faithful.
That's Why North took her Back - Not that she is a good person and a good player
Bad attitude but married to a Webber? And Norwood got rid of her? Opens up so many questions!
Hence why I didn't say A Webber, I said a Webber.

6one (used before a noun expressing quantity):

Norwood mens and women's teams are a train wreck, they will be lucky to fill teams by seasons end, already have to play U16’s in the women’s to make up the numbers
We've got deep pockets. Don’t worry about the Flames - worry about yourselves
Deep pockets, short arms. How's it going paying Rojo still as well as a bit of Willie too? Got a full time jdo yet? How those junior girls going? And boys head rapidly downhill once kids mature after under 14s. Such a massive list of applications for coaching positions they had to recruit interstate. Then getting rid of Hulland the cherry on top. Good to see junior guards like Moses and Wurm thriving at other clubs instead of starting above nut case Webber family.
Yeah, no worries at flames, what a joke of a club that should be dominating but such chronic mismanagement has led to this clusterf@#k.

961, c'mon man don't out the family on here. Let us keep feeding off the carcass of the once mighty Flames. Shhhhhhhhhhhh
Go Family! We want you to stay. Don't stop doing your thang. Keep making yourselves happy. If it makes you happy do it.
I look forward to to the Women playing this weekend :)
Unless Flames management stuffed up how can you still be taking even more money from juniors to pay people no longer at the club or is #961 just wrong?!?!
Correction, Wurm went there after juniors and played under 23s as a first year I believe.

hehehe... a bit of Willie
Did Cara Annetts also leave Norwood for Forestville after playing one game this season for Norwood? Or was she also pushed?
and Kelsey McKay ........
Last one out turn the lights off at Norwood !
Anywhere but Norwood. Surely someone at Norwood must be held accountable for the loss of half the women's team and the few quality players they had

Shhh... No, let no one be accountable. Keep going Norwood. We love how you do what you do.
Jordyn freer to forestville, Mia Valk, Kelsey to West. According to SportingPulse
Has new coach got a blank cheque to buy his team next year.
It looks like no-one. Who is managing the team? I'm thinking someone on the Board other than the President who may have a conflict of interest!?!?
Who has been coaching them throughout all this?
Terry-Jo Mcnamara. She was a very good player in her day but not sure what her coaching credentials are. Has she coached before?
Meanwhile their men's coach looks like a deer in headlights out there.
The best thing the assistant coach can do for that team is suit up and get on the court
Great competitive effort by the Norwood women in a 20 pt loss to Eastern last night. Congrats to those girls who supported their team mates and toughed it out and supported each other
A competitive 20 point losing side is a losing side. Just saying.
Why because the other option was withdrawing your team
Wouldn't know. Perhaps if you said that people might have more of a clue?
