From his social feed, he seems to be in Sydney (where he met his wife, when playing here) so I guess that with all the time she has spent raising a family overseas, it was good to come back to where she can have some of her family supporting her as well...
Disappointing to see him hang up his boots, but as he said in his post, he's had a great journey and the game has taken him all around the world and it's time for him to (gladly) spend some time being more hands on with his family...
Was always one of my favourite Kings players, from being signed but not guaranteed a spot, but working super hard to not only make the team, but start and by the time he was done, earn a bench spot on the all-time Kings team as voted by the fans... Was always a great person off the court and always had to be dragged away from the post-game fans catch ups, which is unlike a lot of the recent players, very few of which who didn't look disinterested...
All the best to him and his family...
