Whilst I respect the efforts that many parties go to to provide content (probably at a net financial cost to themselves), the fact that Aussie Hoopla and Beston & Greenway are the best we have to offer right now kind of sums it up right now.

Dan from Aussie Hoops is great IMO, quality has improved greatly from early days. Currently interviewing all the NBL coaches and those conversations have been interesting.

The dude from Pocket Pod is an acquired taste. Didn't like him at first but I'm fine with him now. Like his guests. Just dropped a pod with Sam Smith looking ahead to the Bulls doco, cool.

But yeah, certain people have certain tastes and not everyone will like one person. I just think it's good we're still getting quality NBL content at such a stale time.

This is one of the most bizarre and deteriorating posts ever. What the hell are people going on about and is it such big news a basketball journalist has been let go when there is no basketball on the planet. Then a plea to dad(Isaac) about a rude word.

Don't mind the Boti Pod as well seems fun and enjoy Beston Greenway as a listen on the daily commute (when that was happening) and happy to mix and match a few of the pod's as all have different angles/conversations etc.

All of the pods with the exceptions of the betting company supported pods are put out at a financial cost to the presenters so good on them for having a crack.

The only one i'll probably avoid will be the convicted fraudster's pod thou!

Hilarious most of these comments on here are obviously from other NBL podcasts trying to pump their own tires up. Olgun wasn't perfect nobody is but he delivered the facts and was spot on with his rumors. Boti used to be the guy that would give you that, now he isn't posting as much content losing Olgun will be pretty big.

They actually delivered "facts" based on their own agendas. Neither of them wanted to bite the hands that fed them.

He was spot on with a very few situations. He had one close link to the Kings and a personal relationship with an agent. This is the same guy that bragged he had never spoken to anyone at the 36ers about a story for years. Quality.

We shouldn't be. Never understood the value in having an Aussie regurgitate what's happening in the NBA, when there are a stack of credible US reporters/services who undertake a reliably better job.

As for NBL, the NBL provides decent enough coverage on its own site I feel. Sites like Pick N Roll and Aussie Hoopla pick up some scraps and supply secondary coverage. Aforementioned podcasts do a good job. Who actually relied on the Fox Sports site? Few people I'd say.
