At the end of the day, there were always going to be three groups of fans:
Perth fans, who are "happy" we've won again.
Other fans, who whilst they might be "unhappy" their team didn't, nevertheless acknowledge Perth's achievements,
and the bitter fans, who were ALWAYS going to find something to whinge about and some grand conspiracy to allege.
You can rant all you want about asterisks, but come next year the Cats will still have 10 banners hanging from the ceiling.
Frankly, we should be thankful that the series was curtailed, because its given you something to whinge about, besides the refs, home-cooking.
I'm also thankful to Bogutz and the Sydney owner, because after their performance nobody can ever again complain about Perth fans being arrogant, feral, or cashed-up Bogans.
