No, but maybe Reesy strips to his skins in time to the Crazy Frog tune?
Why wouldn't they make a team song?
I think the AFL teams get a lot out of singing the club song.

Because that is a football tradition. Basketball has other, equally worthy traditions that fits in with the culture of the game.
There is no doubt that football teams get a whole lot out of singing their club song. But that usually involves 25-30 people shouting (as opposed to singing) the tune. Its just not basketball.
Basketball draws on other traditions which mainly reflect its American beginnings. Take for example singing the National Anthem before each game. Could be said that the AFL should do that every game too (instead of only before the grand final and ANZAC day games).
I'd like to see the team sing, with players (10) coaches (3) assistants (2) and people higher up in the club like Presidents, you could get up near 20 doing it.

Singing of the club song by a basketball team has to be one of the most cringeworthy scenes in Australian Sport.
Not only do we have 44 meatheads running around ovals all over the country once a week for 11 months of the year, newsreels brandishing tripe about teams, players, coaches and woulda, shoulda, coulda, we now have to put up with the traditions of that sport infecting others.
The message from me is clear - leave the club songs to the footy codes.

Maybe the 36ers could adopt that sihtty hoedown that used to be played during games. I only have distant memories of it:
We are the 36ers, the team for one and all
The Pride of South Austrayyyy--lyaahhh
The best in basketball!
Then there's the more recent 'club' song that was sung to the tune of "Ode To Joy".
Can anyone picture the players belting out this after a win? Gag.
