Not really Griffin is crap.
Guy plays just 2 minutes and had 3 turnovers, adios.
Joey was making a point, that he wasn't supplied with adequate imports this season. Griffin, was the chosen scapegoat for this game. I won't miss Joey's pettiness.
To hard to guard, Joey didn't want to show Kay up. Lol.
Yet Wright chose Griffin. Seriously, cannot leave the great state of SA quick enough. Will not be missed.

The post game interview certainly gave an insight into Adelaide's year, Griffin and team harmony.
Go Dees, Joey claimed griffin was unguardable. It was one of the oddest things a coach has said. Surely was a motivating type element to it, but Joey isn't as good at the mind games as he thinks he is I’d say lol

Coaches shouldn't be hostage to players.
Griffin, Randle and Johnson couldn't guard a traffic cone, Moore was a messy player, Drmic and Froling lost their shooting touch, McVeigh is green still, White/Dillon too average, Teys average but most consistent player tbh.
DJ will win MVP, Teys sadly next best player.

A guy of that size, athleticism and touch around the rim would be impossible to guard. If he showed up. How many games did he play where he was actually switched on though? Two? One and a half maybe?
In Melbourne he was good. Too bad the Sixers got blown out and Long negated his best game.

Depending on how much cash he really wants, I'd have him back.
I think he actually try's to hard on the offensive end and causes the turn overs.
Absolutely his D needs work but under a new coach, who hopefully preaches D he might improve. none of our players are average or above at defending.
DJ and Griffin are both 4's so we'd need a 5 man (not Frolling).
