They do have four imports. He also preceded that comments with four minutes of saying how his team had too many passengers, and only two players on the team could be happy with the way they played. yeah, so salty.

Good example of why coaches don't need to be allowed to speak to the refs during games.

Coaches have way too much input during games.

Don't need to chat to (bully, intimidate) the refs.

Don't need time outs. Majority of the squad is on the bench with them. Players on court only a few metres away. Folks pay to watch the players, not the fricking coaches interrupt the action and shoot their mouths off.

They have the pre game, and quarter breaks to give group instructions.

Game would be better with less chatter and more on court action.

It is whinging when you end your press conference complaining about how loaded the other team is. Maybe when the camera goes into your huddle during the game you dont stare at your whiteboard for 10 seconds thinking about what you need to do without saying a word! Bend over and take the loss like a man and move on, not place the blame on something else that tries to make you look like a victim.

Sydney are going to be crazy when Lisch comes back and Taylor gets his crap together.

Assuming full health, no one will come near them by end of season.

Not the first or the last time Gleeson has done this - although it could get worse now with all the decent assistants leaving and even the rehashed one gone who was the replacement.

Phoenix chose sucky imports they barely use bar Roberson.

Actually the nbl adjusted the rule to allow didi who was a pro to come,thereby implying it was done with Sydney before anyone knew he would qualify. Secondly they probably can't pay him the going rate of he wasn't a next star.

I am certainly not a fan of TG but calling him out as a "salty whinger" over a comment at the end of a presser is a bit much. The other 99% was about how he only had 2 contributors and the rest of HIS team need to look at themselves.
