It's on TV on SBS Viceland HD and I think also being streamed on SBS on Demand.

I watched the last two games on sbs on demand without any issues. Easy to set up an acc if you dont have one

I believe you can also stream on NBA TV, if you have paid for NBA League Pass. I assume that would have American commentary.
