Waste! If he prices himself out of the market after coming back from major injury then it's himself to blame.

I agree with you Jick, I think as basketball fans we would love to watch the big fella running around on our courts and regain the form that made him an Olympian and NBA player.

Too slow for the NBL, maybe when we go back to 20 min quarters.

They didn't "lame out" they simply weren't willing to pay his asking price.

I thought he was pretty good in the first half of most games, but conditioning was a real issue with him. You'd hope a full, healthy offseason would cure that, but it's a big question mark on him combined with the injury history. Don't know what his asking price was, but if he got the money in Lithuania that he couldn't get here, best of luck to him.

You'd assume he was open to staying Aus, so yeah its a shame. Best of luck to him

Who's to say it wasn't his plan all along to go to Europe and teams have actually approached him!

Good luck to him

I'm sure that just like Barlow, Madgen, Goulding, Lisch, Penney, Jawai, Andersen etc etc etc he'll make his way back to the NBL eventually.

Who's to say it wasn't his plan to become a plumber specialising in blocked shitters and this is his fallback!
