Who are these people? Is either qualified for the lead assistant role?
Jacob Chance has been promoted from Video Assistant to 2nd Assistant. Lead hasn't been announced but they had 150 applicants from around the world
Is Jacob chance ready for the responsibility. He looks younger than the players. Does he have enough experience

Has Jacob Chance been officially announced? Doesn't seem likely he would be experienced enough yet
Hard to replace Matt nielsen. Not many too many former Olympic players with nba coaching experience going around. Plus Forde was always known for his opposition scouting, so bringing in an outsider who needs time to get use to the league, players and teams will hurt.
So when Perth turns Majok into what no other team was able to (ala Brandt) which assistant coach will we be attributing that to?
Brennan hasn't been announced yet, but it is done. He has left BWA
Hmm, another instance of "worldwide" search resulting in a local guy getting the job. Well, as long as he can do the job well! What are his credentials?

Brennan couldn't even get a H C job with the chokers. How could he be qualified? They’d be better off with Ett. err Parsons.
Brennan is the video coordinator. He has been doing it volunteering last season with the wildcats and this year got promoted to Jacobs old role on an entry level now that Jacob has been promoted to second assistant.
Brennan has more experience in video scouting than anyone else in the state with his experience doing it for state teams and the wheelchair Australian team.
Parsons and the like won't be assistant coaches in the NBL because they don’t have experience. It’s not about calling plays or yelling at guys twice a week and then games on weekends.. the role is far more complex than that.
Just because someone can cut up a tape doesn't make them an AC.
I thought I knew how to cut tape until I sat in a presentation from Luke Brennan seeing what he did in his time with the Australian wheelchair basketball teams and then in the NBL more recently. A couple of former NBL coaches also noted how impressed they were with his work.
If he has been given the role then he must have been doing a good job with the Cats. Plenty of other coaches have made their start doing video (e.g. Eric Spoelstra) so good luck to him.
