What are the chances of Kouat Noi declaring. I know he is just a sophmore but is a seriously goid prospect.

Noi is a great prospect but really needs 1 more year playing IMO.
In many ways, McDowell-White needs to play somewhere for a year too. Being injured for most of this Euro season as far from ideal. He has a lot of work ahead of him.

WMW declared so he can go through workouts again.
From memory he can pull out out the draft, again, and go through the dance for a final time next year. If you can do it, why not.
Coming back to play with the Spartans in QBL after season commences shortly.

Is it just me or do American journos and coaches often have no idea about European basketball standards. Germany's second division can't be much better than NBL1 if at all.
It's definitely better than NBL1, it would be a little ahead of NZNBL.
