Venuetix and Sixers tickets
I would just like to express my disappointment at the handling of sales through Venuetix of general public tickets.
On Friday I went on the website in the belief i could buy tickets online to the game. The site advised i could either do a email booking or phone booking or go to one of their outlets.
Unable for some reason to do email bookings, I proceeded to ring Venuetix at approx 2pm and was told that they werent taking anymore bookings and to head down to Marion as that was my nearest outlet. So i go to Marion- and their system was down.
In the end i bought a ticket from the door- a ticket in a zone which i did not want, but was the only thing available left.
I find all of this both unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
Has anyone else had any problems in acquiring tickets?
