Terrance Ferguson beast mode alert
Ferguson 7 of 8 from 3 against San Antonio who have only missed 1 three for the game.
Awesome game by the former 36er

Apparently he was one assist away from the best triple double ever

Too easy. Wouldn't count 3 pointers in the NBA because they don't play defence.

All tonight has taught me is that they don't play defense in the NBA or the NBL. I'm guessing they do in the G League, seeing as NBL has been called below G League level, and the German basketball league is obviously the greatest competition in the world (presumably because they play defense).

He is American, but forwent NCAA (college) in favour of playing a year in Australia for Adelaide. Basically he is alumni.

I like how one poster above simply blows off 7 from 8 3 pointers because "they don't play defence in the NBA "

Ferguson doing well as of late. Has found some confidence in his shooting. Hopefully he can maintain some consistency.

Yeah, that Adams dunk on an injured knee. Looked painful and he himself at one point thought he'd come up short mid-flight from the look of things.

Would be very handy for the 36ers if this was his second year there!

Fergie had 21 points and 6 treys today. Consistency improving?
No way Ferguson would be the same player if he was still in Adelaide. They virtually ruined him. He was drafted on his potential from high school, not his "development" under Joey.

Joey just had to nurse him through his gap year. Everyone knew that already.

Do you even believe that?
Ferguson was under strict instructions not to risk injury. 36ers knew that all along.
But it was a great pr stunt, 36ers paid peanuts because of his under armour deal, and will be hoping get more recruits and sponsorship from the experience.
For the 36ers,it was probably Ferguson on his deal or a bargain basement import or local who would have contributed about the same on court, but far less in marketing terms.

Gap year is probably a good way to describe it.
He had experience training and playing as a pro, living in another country, then went home to start his real career.
