How to watch NBL Overseas

Does anyone know how I can watch NBL overseas? I have the NBL but it says not available in this region (USA). I would have thought the NBL would want to have their product shown worldwide.

Use a VPN - something like Tunnelbear and connect back to their Australian servers.

I just got back from a week overseas using Tunnelbear with nbl.tv and it worked perfectly.

NBL TV is region blocked in america for some reason. I'll look at Tunnelbar and see if that works.

Can anyone explain why it would be this difficult for people overseas to see the product? The $5 per month is cheap, so happy to pay if they unlock the region block.
