Visiting Melbourne - pick up bball and court availability

Heading over to Melbourne this week from perth (don't judge me), and don't really have any plans but taking my ball gear and would like to get some shots up and play some pick up - or fill in for some social league teams if possible.

Only interested in indoor courts/recreation centres.

Is anyone able to recommend:

Indoor courts in melbourne usually free during business hours?
Places for pick up runs?
Where i might be able to get a fill-in run at a social league?

Thanks in advance

MSAC is your best bet. Albert Par is close to the city, 10 courts. You can check court availability online

How accurate is the online court availability of MSAC?

So you're going on holiday but concerned about pickup ball? I'm sure you play enough at home in Perth. What an unramarqable trip.

A bit like your spelling. Unremarkable.
Good on who ever it is. Shaws a passion for basketball which clearly you don't appreciate. Probably like your spelling you have no game.

Always triple check for typos in a post ragging on someone for their spelling. Rookie error

The OP's old nick was Ramarqable back in the day.

LOL at people ragging on me who failed to get the reference.

Classic hoops/ozhoops banter.

Just burning some annual leave before the WWE event on Saturday.
