Being a member myself, it would be great to receive this email...

Are the Sunday games the only ones that are a big inconvenience? Half packed stadiums wont look good on TV.

I specifically asked them who they sent it to, and they told me it was only to those who complained...
And you only have 4 days to decide...
And it's a refund for all 3 games together or none of them...
http://membership.wildcats.com.au/member-refund - Also the page is non-secure and asking for CC details so not exactly stellar from Perth.
The beginning of the end.....they will miss the playoffs this season.

Be funny if they sold every ticket they got a refund on.
For example, If I were to take up the offer they would give me back $150 but then be able to make $382 by re-selling my seats for those three games, based on the single game price on ticketek for my seat. My seat is gold, these would differ depending on category.
"I specifically asked them who they sent it to, and they told me it was only to those who complained..."
That's fair enough. You can't expect them to just release customers from their contracts Willy nilly
You can't really reverse discriminate either. I bet there are many members that haven't even looked at the draw.

I suppose it's a reasonable attempt at a compromise.
I'd prefer to be able to watch all 14 games, and no midday games, but from the letter I received it seems we are stuck with them, so the Wildcats are trying to soften the blow.
And hopefully its not repeated
The Saturday Perth games are now listed as 12pm WA time on the fixture and the Sunday's are TBC. All GO logos have been removed from the fixture.
It's giving those that winge an opportunity to get a refund. Those that don't complain (or don't know) don't get the same chance.
It's should be an offer to all members. Pretty simple.
but that's not what reverse discrimination means..

They sell the tickets for $127.33 (recurring) ?
There is no such thing as "reverse" discrimination. Its either discrimination, or its not. In this case, its not discriminatory to offer refunds to only those that ask.

The fools have changed all the times again on the fixture.
The NBL really is an amateur outfit.

Three Saturday games moved to 12.00 pm. Three Sunday games TBC. Friday games start at 6.50 pm and for some strange reason some at 6.53 precisely! Go figure

It was stated previously that the listed start times were TV start times, not tipoff times, and there was a 20-minute pre-game for TV.
What they need 20 minutes for I have no idea.
To let Homicide speak about being from New York.

Email to Wildcats members just now claims they're still awaiting confirmation of all tipoff times.
This whole situation is just absurd.
