Issues with buying NBA tix from Ticketmaster from Australia

Does anyone know why Tickmaster.com does not successfully complete my order to buy NBA tickets from Australia? The payment is actually taken out of my account but I get a message saying that it can't process my order successfully.

Why take the money when it can't process the order?

I have emailed Ticketmaster.com (second time now) to advise. They returned the funds the first time but not sure why I can't order the tickets?

Any help would be great !!

I had problems yesterday completing the order but this morning it was all gd. Maybe give 24 hours to sort. Have tickets all fine.

Might have something to do with ticketmaster crashing yesterday due to footy finals tickets splurging
