I heard that Forestville are trying to 'qualify' him for Finals
Sorry- couldn’t help it
Southern are allowed to stack their team, so he'll go there.
the gripe with Forestville has nothing to do with "stacking" the team. Of course Southern do this.
Stop acting like the issue isn't Forestville getting DJ qualified by using by-laws and playing him for seconds in games to qualify.
3 point shooter, quick hands, good defence. He will develop nicely, would be good rookie on any roster.
Sorry, using bylaws, you know, the laws of the competition, is wrong?
He doesn't have an Australian passport, but may be eligible for one. Would still have to go through the long process

Sydney Kings have reached out to him among a few other teams. I hear he will be in the NBL next season but not sure precisely where.
How casual or formal were the "street shoes" worn by DJ for that few seconds "apperance" game?

Yeah totally agree Anon #887, Hire makes Perth too top heavy but having 4 ball handling guards seems optimum to me and Perth should be ashamed of themselves for not reaching out to this kid sooner.
This does make me wonder how many other sons of guns are out there that we don't know about. Thinking of someone like Vince Hinchin that played her multiple years and could potentially have children here.
Can't wait to see this kid play
