Yeah Nichols has been good looks from the NBL from the past 4 seasons if you ask Nichols.

Standard rule - nbl clubs never sign State League imports unless it's an injury replacement player mid season

Lighting it up in the SEABL. Top points scorer.
"Tre Nichols has starred in his first season as Hobart point guard, leading the league with 25.7 points per game, shooting 49% from the field and 41% from distance as well as pacing the Chargers with a team-high 4.9 assists per game."

Tre attended wildcats preseason as a training player while numbers were down. He got owned by Damian Martin. He can't defend either, too small.

Andre Lafleur is another who went from SEABL to a very successful NBL career. Played for Mt. Gambier from memory.

Correct. Lafleur was always a rung above SEABL. Patiently awaited his nbl opportunity
