Best Young Talent in the NBL

With all the recent signings of young fellas in the last couple of seasons which team overall has the best young talent?

Which young player has the most talent/highest ceiling?

Can any of these guys have an impact this season?

Lets say 25 years and under...don't want to exclude guys like Naar, Froling but also want to include guys like Kay, Norton etc.

With 25 and under could include Kay and Trist although both will turn 26 this year.
Adelaide have Deng, Froling and McVeigh. Deng is already having an impact off the bench, would think Froling will get some decent minutes too.
Naar for the Hawks will get plenty of opportunity straight away and if they sign Cooks he probably would too.
Pineau and Wilson won't get much run in a stacked Sydney team.
Kay and Norton will have big impact in a revamped Perth team. Likewise Trist and Moller for Melb.

Naar and Moller plus Jurlina kings dp and at present playing for marlins all great young talents that went through the Sydney boys high school. Great program run there.

Depends what you call young

Adelaide has Creek/Johnson/Sobey/Deng/Drmic with an average age of about 26. To me, that's still relatively young. Deng in particular has plenty of upside.

The most talented Aussie group in the NBL is the Kings- Bogut/Lisch/Newley/Kickert/Blanchfield. But their average age is about 32. Bogut and Newley will turn 34 during the season, Kickert’s 35 in a few weeks.

And yeah Froling and McVeigh for Adelaide. If you include those 2 then Adelaide has 7 locals with an average age of maybe 24.

Moller has plenty of potential for United, he's 23. Smith-Milner is 22 and also showed a bit last season. Trist is 25 and had a decorated college career followed by 3 seasons in pro ball. So who knows how he goes in NBL, but those 3 all look capable of being long term NBL contributors.

McCarron would have won this by a country mile if he stuck around. Guy is too good for NBL

McCarron is not too good for the NBL. He is very talented, but with his numbers last year, I actually feel like he underachieved as he was a primary scoring option.
