OP must have finished primary school at least, there was one use of Capital letters.
They are trash or they want more money than their worth.
I would appear all are playing overseas - Europe, Middle east & Asia.
I would assume they are all playing overseas because they are getting paid more than they could/would be paid in the NBL.

I'd say some weren't really offered jobs in the NBL after they last played here.
