Perth @ Illawarra, Dec 10

The Floppycats have an opportunity to potentially steal top spot on the ladder today if they can squeeze past the Hawks.

Hawks are still in the hunt for a top 4 spot, but certainly need to pour beer on the Wildcat's expectations to remain in that hunt.

Illawarra on a 2 game losing streak will need to be on their game to not make it free from free.

Perth travel like an old man who likes his routine. They drop games on the road like a teenage girl taking a selfie drops her phone into the toilet.

It's on SBS.

Should go down to the wire in the Gong. My Kiss of Death goes to the Hawks to pull a 4 point win staving off a strong Cats comeback in the fourth.

Really interested to see what happens in the last 6 or so minutes today. The Cats have been quite clutch the last couple of weeks, pulling away from teams and basically putting the game out of reach for the opposition with a few minutes to go.

Walker passes it straight to the ref thinking he was a Cat. They really do need a secondary ref uniform (a white one?) to avoid any clashes.

Rotnei plays well almost every game but he always pulls a little more out his ass against the cats haha.

Tokoto needs to just try it right in, shit not dropping. Just get in and draw some fouls.

I swear it just went about 20 possessions without a team failing to score on a trip counting 2nd chance points.

3 point game with 4min 40sec to go, stretch it to a 10 point lead with 1min 40sec left.

Hawks crowd asleep or what? That was winnable in the 4th and they didn't seem to care.

I never knew it was such a common problem. That must be why phones are waterproof now.

They need to either explain what the "Average Team Intensity" graphic measures, or stop putting it on the screen. As it is it's entirely pointless.

Yup, was looking at that and had no idea what it represents. Also impressive that a team can “average” 100%.

Cooke jnr has to keep getting more game time, he's a decent passer, and has shown when he gets a decent run on court performs well.

that's the 27th game this season where the losing team scored more than 80 points. More than half of the games so far. That only happened in 46 games for all of last season (41%).

It's the 9th game this season where the loser scored 90 or more. That only happened 13 times in all of last season.

Games being played at a faster pace this season? From what I've seen, it seems like it.

In his defence he would not have banked on Perth's ATI reaching 100%
As everyone knows, the highest possible value it can reach is 110% so it's a brilliant effort by the Cats to have it up at 100 less than 48 hrs after a tough game at home
