Jervis definitely getting love from the refs with twi and-1s.

First one he was driving but didn't seem to have picked up the ball for the shot until the foul was called. In fact, it seemed the defense had been forcing Jervis down to the baseline, but not to the basket?

Next one, he was backing his guy down, guy fell, Jervis flipped the ball over his head, and refs counted it. Shooting over his head with his back to the basket? Did I wake up in the middle of a Globetrotters game?

Funnily enough i though our best game of the year was the loss against Perth at home but we narrowly lost. Straight after that we saw what Perth did to the United and the Breakers on the road.

Breakers suddenly look vulnerable. Oddly enough, offence looks sick, without Penney and Abercrombie getting 3's from nothing. When forced into a grind..... Brisbane had the answers. Bench dried up, Pledge didn't see enough inside and Newbill, Sosa had to do too much off the dribble. The pack might have caught us and we need to respond. Big Big lift for Brisbane, when we should have been bullying them out of even thinking about a win. Such is Basketball, can bite you big time.

What did I start? You criticised Russell's pronunciation, I simply pointed out that he's been the most reliable commentator in the league on that front and as such I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt absent other data.
