Anyone else having problems with NBL TV?

I wanted to watch some replays (games I missed whilst working. It told me I needed to upgrade, so I paid my $5, and now its seems to be busted.
Every time it tells me I need to upgrade, so I click, then it says I have already upgraded,and so I click, and then it says "loading" then it just flips back to the home page.
Tried a few different approaches, including waiting for several minutes between clicks, and nothing.

I have issues on google chrome but works perfectly most of the time on internet explorer

Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies on your browser?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I have tried 4 different browsers, plus PS4, and tried on differnt computers and different networks.

Opened a new one, and it works fine.

My NBL.tv account always fails to authorise on my iPad. I can only get it to work on my Mac.
