I love that Rick Pitino thinks that not knowing about the raft of unethical and illegal activity going on under his nose is a good defence. Strippers, hookers, pay to play, had nothing to do with him, he's just the guy in charge. Hope it doesn't mess things up for Deng Adel, should have been a massive year for him.
Yeah Pitino's immediate statement through his lawyer was hilarious.

Hope they kick him out of the HoF. But pretty depressed about how far this might go.
Only coach to go to the Final Four with three different teams and win a title with two different teams. Despite the dodginess kind of hard to kick him out based on performance?
When will payments to recruiters and runners guiding HS athletes to certain shoe sponsored High Schools come under the microscope?
A lot of people have seen heavy and somewhat deceiving marketing from a certain commercial aau tours/runner/scout/agent pushing Aussie kids to certain High Schools. The crooked private messages sent to directly to kids as young as 14.
Rumours of discounted or free trips to the US for kids they are targeting to join certain cashed up, shoe sponsored High Schools and one has to wonder what is in it for these commercial companies.
Are they spending from their own coffers $10s of $1000s on these kids out of the "goodness of their heart"?
Where do they pickup their money from?
