Supposedly he left almost $8M of his $24M salary on the table so was pretty keen to get out. Of the four he is said to be interested in Miami can offer him the most money but Cavs or Thunder would likely be the two main ones for the vets minimum.

Wade can't shoot the 3 and give little during the regular season as he won't train and limits his minutes.

Not sure he is a great fit for the Cav's due to a lack of shooting but still can add some punch come play offs

While the Cavs havent added shooters, they have added shot creators. I'd say, when everyone is fit, Rose and Wade should be off the bench to give the Cavs some structure when LeBron rests. These moves may not make the Cavs very best any better, but it should keep them fresher and more consistent.
