NBA 2K18 Prelude - Release Time

I understand that the NBA 2K18 Prelude will be released on Friday, but does anybody know the time it will be available for download in Australia?

I am specifically looking for the time the Xbox version.

From what i can find on Reddit it looks like it's 12am ET, so early arvo in Australia.
