Joey & Gaze coaching in NBA Summer League

First they came for his players, and now the Utah Jazz have sought Joey Wright for their Summer League coaching team.

Following the recent news that Andrew Gaze will join the Pacers for the Orlando Summer League, Wright will join the Jazz for both the Utah Jazz Summer League and the Las Vegas Summer League.

Not sure if the both of them will get to learn much to bring back home. Different systems, infrastructure and culture. Probably the best thing they could get out of it is the scouting of potential imports and some publicity that may get added news coverage of their 'experience'.

Compared to Joey, Gaze will probably learn a bit more Xs and Os. Interesting though that its the Pacers instead of Spurs. Hmmm I wonder if he's trying to work his charm on Psycho-T if he couldn't nail an NBA gig after the Summer Leagues.

I think the one amazing thing we can all take from this is that Nate McMillan is an NBA basketball head coach in 2017.

Being a Pacer fan Mick it's actually depressing that we have Nate as a coach especially with Paul George heading into his prime years.
