Clearly well regarded with his work at the AIS. In fact I can't think of any head coach at the AIS basketball program who wasn't, at least for their time there. A couple of the assistant coaches were not always regarded so well.
Marty did work hard and successfully there, it is a disappointment that his professional NBL gig went so badly.
Sounds like he is doing better than Phil brown may have done in his US college run. Not that Phil got sacked, I think he just came home with his kids after going to the US when he was not re-apointed to the AIS and could not get the same amount of $s coaching here in Oz.
