Unlikely they will start pineau now even when he's fully recovered from his injury.

Naar and Rahon are an awesome backcourt duo.
Hermanson, Clark, Gonzalez all shooting the ball from deep at a high clip.
Awesome to see.

Gonzaga look strong also.

If they win this tough(ish) road game against Stanford coming up, it's conceivable that they'll run the non-cont slate and could be top 10 come WCC play! While Naar and Rahon are fantastic backcourt duo and big Jock has had an amazing start to the season, the 2 guys who could make this team elite are Hermanson Kyle Clark. Naar and Joe are going to run the show and feed Jock. Jock has developed sensational hands on the catch and also reminds me a bit of Bogut passing out of the low block. He finds guys in rhythm and hit's them right in the shooters slot. If Hermanson, Clark, Naar and the deadliest of the lot Gonzalez get open looks they are going to make more than they miss. It's an extremely balanced side and I haven't seen another college team play on the O end like them. It's a very Euro style and every player seems to want give up a good shot to find a great shot. Very rare in college hoops!

Hopefully kerbs can konock down his shots also.

The key for st Mary's is perimeter defense. can they keep up with the guards in the acc and sec?

Also, how much of a game will Fitzner, pineau and maybe even hunter bring to the front court once Landale is out.

A number of NCAA Colleges now have one or more Aussies on their roster. It is great to see, speaking with coaches they really do love what they get from our kids over there.

As for The Gaels, kudos to them for playing a style of game that doesn't rely almost entirely on athletes and three point shooting, absolutely a joy to watch real basketball.

Nothing frustrates me more than a team that is coached to shoot, drive and shoot with no post game whatsoever and then when they lose blame it on the players poor shooting!

This team can do it all and that is their strength, good luck to them and to all our boys and girls over there having a crack at it...

Randy Bennett is a seriously underrated coach! St mary's never get the highest rated recruits but he always gets the most out of his players!
