Glad he is ok though, I really wish he would stop diving onto his shoulder! I cringe every time he goes down.

Wildcats likely to reactivate Lucas Walker to replace Matty Knight according to Boti.
"WOT A ATTENTION SEEKING TOSSER"
YOU SEEM LIKE AN ATTENTION SEEKING TOSSER WITH ALL THE SHOUTING AND IDIOTIC COMMENTS
I thought Walker was only allowed back if it was season ending?

Thank God he is ok.....lots of ice packs meanwhile to cut any inflammation.
Lucas Walker can hang five for now.....we still prefer a slightly injured Matt.
I think better give the guy a rest.
Now what about Johnson? He was injured too...any updates?

Anonymous #609356: you're correct, Walker can't be brought back in (did someone say reactivated?) unless it's for a season-ending injury. It looks like this won't be, which is great for Matty and for Perth.
@johnson, perhaps if you had a little more self-confidence and started your name with a capital letter, you wouldn't feel the need to shout your statements by using ALL CAPS. Then again, after rereading what you've posted, perhaps it's just that you don't understand grammar at all.

Hitting the deck a lot? Yes. Being injured a lot? For sure. Faking injuries though??? Nah I think you've missed the mark on that one.

I'll pay that.
I more meant that he was a soccer diver and has added plenty of mayo to minor bumps & niggles.
Pretty sure Knight will call it a day in 2019 when his contract runs out.

Does the NBL have a 10 day/3 game contract equivalent? It just seems to make a lot of sense with the amount of injuries this year.

Gonna be hard for the Cats to find a decent Aussie replacement

Interesting to see Bevo creating his new Martin/Knight duo in Illawarra with Norton and Kay.
It will be tough for the Cats to replace that duo like-for-like, but when the time comes they'll recruit quality players and build around their strengths.

For the last couple of years, every time knight takes a tumble and the cats are losing he grabs his shoulder and goes off the court only to return the following game.
yes he sure does just like how he missed the first 3 games of this season

So true. He continually fakes those injuries cos he's weak as piss!

According to the Cats, the "screws" Matty has in that shoulder make it more painful when he takes a heavy knock. Hence it can seem worse than it is.
He has jet to be passed by the medical staff, but there's apparently a CHANCE he could play against the Hawks.
he will probably play. I doubt he will let a fake injury keep him at home.
Dazz did you put "screws" in quotes because they are fake screws and don't actually exist?

Pretty sure he is using quotation marks because he is quoting a term used in the actual article. C'mon it's not that hard to work out.
so the "screws" he has in his "shoulder" make it more "painful" when he takes a heavy "knock". Hence it can seem worse than it "is".
I hope he is cleared by the "medical" staff

"Screws" is what the person from the Cats was quoted as saying. I don't know precisely what Matty has in there. Could be screws, pins, plates, who knows, I'm not his doctor.
If you were his doctor what would you have put in dazz?
Could the problem possibly be that they left the quotation marks in after the surgery and they are actually causing the added pain?
Ooh that would be a careless error by the surgeon but it has been known to happen and yeah that could hurt

Maybe if he stopped throwing himself (flopping)to the floor like so many other Perth players he wouldn't hurt his shoulder. For a big strong guy he sure gets knocked and has to slide along the court a lot.
