Foreign players in the NBA All-Star game?

Just thinking about the impact of foreigners in the All-Star game, I went hunting around and couldn't find much. I hope one of you can help.

Which country after the US has had the most players in All-Star games?

Which player born outside the US has played in the most games? (Duncan / Nowitzki / Ginoboli?)

Has any Aussie ever been nominated, excluding Kyrie? (I don't remember any)

I would think Spain.

Pau Gasol - x6 appearances
Marc Gasol - 2015

Rudy Fernandez participated in the 2009 dunk comp
Ricky Rubio was a member of the BBVA Rising Stars in 2012

Dirk x 13 appearances would top the list of most played games
