Denver would be insane to get NVE back!! Does anyone remember when he demanded a trade and then blasted the fans and the city itself as 'second-world'

Remember the Denver of old when NVE was play for them sucked big time. On this team he had to be the man and couldn't provide.

On the current Denver team he would be a very dangerous pickup. He can still shoot the three (which Denver sucked at last year) and he offer's the young'uns an experienced voice.

If I were Denver I'd sign him up and having running as backup to Boykins, and Miller. If they can get 10 minutes and 6-8 points out of him it's a great pickup.

Only if he was willing to play Backup to Miller, he has a ITM attitude (IM THE MAN)

In my personal Opinion ... For the Reason which Kriss said he has the attuide of him being the Man ... I dont think he would be to keen on playing 3rd in Line for the Point Postion at Denver ... Thats why he may still go to Houston where he may have a starting Postition... Or even Miami where he may could be Second behind Jason Willams If they were to get Van Excel it could the End of Damon Jones at Miami ..... But in the End if the Money is good enough he could well end up at Denver

Cheeze, JJ is still interest, but has given them a week to sort out the mess. He was house shopping last week. Oh, if the deal happens (and it should with Stern supporting the removal of Belkin) then JJ with be the starting PG.

Belkin is to ousted as the NBA Governor. The ownership is a little weird for the Hawks as one owner lives in Washington, another in Boston (Belkin) and the other in Atlanta.

Belkin is tighter that Donald Sterling's **** with the $$$$$$. Belkin "recommended" a Hawks payroll of $32 million, "or otherwise as low as possible." The board later approved a payroll of $48 million for next season, Problem with Belkin's "recommendation" is that the new NBA collective bargaining agreement set a minimum of $37.125 million.

Paxson is meeting with Curry next week, so that's gonna be interesting for the Hawks to see what falls out between Chi-town and Curry.

Suns have just signed James Jones from the Pacers. Wouldn't mind seeing their odds for the top spot in 05/06...

They've lost QRich, Johnson and Steven Hunter, but added Raja Bell, Boris Diaw, Brian Grant and Kurt Thomas. And now James Jones (who, when given minutes with the Pacers last year, did pretty well, including a 27 point game).

Don't forget Kurt Thomas at centre. Amare will play PF all season, right?

They're basically going from Amare/Marion/QRich/Johnson/Nash to Thomas/Amare/Marion/(who would they start at SG?)/Nash. Bell had basically the same P48min averages as Johnson. Jim Jackson?

Surely Grant is better than Hunter as their backup?
