Does anybody know where I can find great teacher of fundamental skills of my kid? Plenty of coaches know how to coordinate a team, but there seems to be a complete absence of anybody who know how to teach skills.
You should coach. You already know enough to judge other coaches lack of knowledge.

Maybe email your local district teams junior development officer and ask if they have anyone available for individual sessions.
Your complete absence of information on region, age, gender and skill level may be limiting responses.
