Sixers put a video up on Facebook of the old score cube coming down. so the new equipment will definitely be in by Wednesdays game.
Hopefully the new additions make an impact on the game night presentation. i.e. blacked out entrances etc.
Lighting is the reason for non blackouts. Not scoreboards.

Anon - New sound and lighting has also been installed.
So, when they say new cube, should we expect 4 sided video screens, or just what we already had with the player names but better? I know probably nobody knows but if its the former that would actually be amazing. New sound system is an underrated addition also.

New sound system is desperately overdue. The old one was beyond terrible. Video screens a nice bonus. Great news.

The sounds system was shot when I lived in Adelaide over a decade ago!

Lets hope that the muppet doing the sound system has some-one in the crowd/stands doing a DB check on the output levels and making sure its background music not ear-plug required rock-concert levels. The last two WNBL games were occasionally far too loud,
