NBL App Picture Quality

Hey Guys

Does anyone know what the picture quality is like on the NBL app...? Ie - is it HD or SD.

Also same with Foxtel Play...?

If watching it on the tv its not HD but not that bad. the app via my TV looked a lot better than the coverage on FTA. IMO.
