^ That sums up Sturt right there - Arrogant pricks
It's located in Adelaide its basically Pasedena Highschool
It's basically not Pasadena high school. Cause none of its players actually go there.
Discrimme, hahahahahahahahahahahahaha LOL LOL LOL beat us.... Please, please try to. Pretty please.
Dear kiddies on school holidays you now need to go back to the class room.

Might be time to just say " well done" to all concerned
Fantastic effort for a team of young boys representing the state and their club
Good Job Sturt, well done.
Wasn't there but apparently a lot of zone played by the Sturt team against the Tigers?

That wasn't Sturt - it was Central Districts. And yes, they were playing zone...

Sad to see some of the posts here. As the parent of a past U14 Championship winning player. Why can't every just congratulate the winner?
The tournament's been played and we have a winner. So I think that means the best team for the week won. If it is played again next week there may well be a different winner, but it won't be, so congrats to Sturt.
It's not the end of the world for others.
There will be players that did not star, but will go on to bigger and better things and there will be players who starred and this may well be the pinnacle for them.
The U14 age group is probably to toughest age group due to some kids maturing early and others late.
It is a wonderful achievement to win, but don't get carried away with it. Be proud you won, but also humble.
Congrats to all who played, the medal winners, the organisers, the volunteers, the refs and the score table personnel.

Hear hear #370. I am a Victorian and we were surprised Melbourne didn't win as they have won everything here but it sounds like Sturt had a gun player and deserved to win. Well done to the coaches and team

I'm #370. Thanks for the compliments. I'm also from Victoria. Victorian clubs are a bit like Collingwood in the AFL, everyone loves to hate them, especially the Melbourne Tigers. That's OK, but keep it civil.
My kids have been through it all and I've seen a bit over my time.
Congrats to all, you'll all remember your time at the Nationals, fondly or otherwise. If otherwise, the pain will subside with time.
Continue to work hard on your game and find a coach that believes in you and will give you opportunities.
