Do junior athletes in victoria have exposure than those of new south?

What sort of exposure are you talking about. There's plenty of opportunities for athletes from both states.For instance if you take figures from Div 1 college scholarships for men in 2014-15 there were 17 kids from NSW and 18 from Vic. I guess if you compare then to the numbers participating in each state then maybe NSW is better for exposure?
