SA Premier League movement for 2016?
Now that 2015 is over, who is going where in 2016? Any retirements, coach or players changing clubs?

Rashad Tucker OUT - Dean Nyberg IN as Southern's Men Coach.
What was Tucker to do with no import 3 straight seasons? He did really well in 23's and Reserves I'm told.
LOL. Imports wouldn't be needed if he could develop players like Codey Ellison who bailed for footy.
change of coaches at Mavs, players may walk also
I am hearing that more and more Forestville girls are on the move.
^ Thats despite Sharon not being retained as well. Crazy
Damage has been done. Change too little too late.

Codey is a great play make no mistake but he is not a scoring machine/ play maker that other teams imports bring. Look at the Mens reserves and U23's Codey was a part of that squad that won 3 seasons straight. Prem League next step and a lot of those Tigers boys just not there - YET!
Lack of Boards and true PG/playmaker they needed a True Big or a Scoring machine.
Import or not Tigers had no Pero/Gibbo/Creek/Import/Seasoned Big Names and it was telling.
If you saw the games they were very competative and a lot of games were decided very late when your Pero/Gibbo/Creek/Import/Seasoned Big Names step up and make just that little difference.
No Realism if you think Tucker can't develop players.

Tigers were to young
their oldest player was like 24, no real experience,
no real leadership either, I watched one of their games and I overheard one of the tigers players on the bench bagging his team mates on the court
Forestville womens Premier League squad will be a combination of their reserves and 23s at this stage
realism - I thought coaching had a lot to do with those close losses Tigers suffered too.

Danni Angley and Jade Johnson transferred from Eagles to Sturt.
Not sure Tigers have upgraded though? Isn't their new coach unproven?
Just noticed west have put up an advertisement for a new coach and a number of other clubs yet to announce coaches, and I know of a few that struggled to get any applications, find it difficult that clubs can't organise coaches by now, makes recruiting very difficult, or are clubs just not that interested anymore

Likely that existing coaches have other commitments and would like to be released so the clubs advertise to see if they can pick up a decent replacement. Not so sinister as some might think. It is a big commitment and coaches still will have other jobs and a life to live.
Why on earth would Angley and Johnson feel the need to move to Sturt! Don't get it. Is winning that important?

Dean is unproven for Head coach role but I think has been assistant at sturt, guy has all the tools in development. First hand Dean has great ability to create and empower a group, Sturt U23's proof in the pudding ask those guys they all played for Dean.
Daniel Goodluck heading over to play in the West Australian state league is an interesting move...
