does anyone have the nitty-gritty about what we can see on TV re Olymppic basketball?

FOX ? - Free to air?? - pay per view???

Ch 7 - Free To Air
Ch 7 is also running an extra High Definition channel I believe, you need the additional set top box

SBS - Although they will probably mainly show non-australian teams/individuals competing

Fox/Pay TV are not covering any of the olympics to my knowledge.

Did anybody catch the comments by Andrew Gaze during the half-time break in the Boomers v Greece match? He was trying to explain why FIBA had introduced the Possession Arrow (Alternating Possession) rule. For those who missed it he said that FIBA had lost faith in the umpires ability to throw the ball up properly at jump balls etc. He may be correct considering the fact that in the new rule book the tip off after half time is eliminated. Good one Mr. Gaze. He did say that he doesn't like the rule.
