Kevin Braswell to retire at the end of this NZNBL season

Baltimore native, former Georgetown Hoya, championship winning NZ Breaker PG and current Southland Shark, Kevin Braswell has confirmed he will retire at the end of this NZNBL season and signalled he will be putting his name forward as a possible successor to Paul Henare in 2016 as the Southland Sharks Head Coach.

Just as long as he stays away from the commentary box at NZ Breaker games.

For those unaware, what is his commentary style like? Seems a good personality.

Its painfully boring. Its the type of commentary that makes you wish you were deaf.

He looks good on camera, just doesn't bring anything that you didn't know, there's no spark. Watching with Casey Frank, Andrew Mulligan and Dennis Katsanos, you at least get the impression they're excited about the game too.
