Jack White isn't 'clearly' the best.
He'd be the best of the national team guys but I'm sure there are plenty of guys - particularly some of the Sudanese-Australian kids - who are much better dunkers than him.

There is a 16 year old in Canberra with a 42 inch vertical.
I heard one of the North Under 14 boys dunked in the game against Centrals. Not sure if someone else can confirm that.
There is a Cairns kid that was dunking in U14s. He's 1st year U16 now.

The guy in Canberra with a 42 inch vertical is legit. He is 6 ft 1 in. His basketball skills aren't the greatest, but he is more dedicated to increasing his vertical than improving his game.
Also, he is white.

How many dunks do you see in a season for junior basketball? Even at U18 level there are very few dunks.
Dunking is seriously overrated from a winning point of view at the junior level.
Give me a kid who can consistently fill it up from 3 point land - then you have someone who can contribute to the win - and spread the floor for other team members to score.
Most of the kids who can dunk cant even hit a mid range jump shot - they are atheletic - and thats all.
Sick of seeing kids try to dunk in the warm ups when they dont even look like getting a dunk in the real game. Should be spending warm up time practicing the type of shot opportunities that they will get in the game.

Part of the reason basketball is struggling in this country,we need to keep the athletically elite kids playing basketball, not discourage the most marketable part of the game. Another generation of 6'10 players that can't finish, great!

Whilst dunking is an impressive part of the game.
A 3pt shooter who knocks down 6,7, 8 threes in a game is special too.

Can't believe no one has mentioned Bol Bak from Longhorns (Same program as Deng Adel, Deng Deng and Mangok Mathiang). 6 foot and has serious hops.
Footage is from the South Sudanese tournament where plenty of kids are getting scouted from US scouts.
