Still not working and neither is the website?

i have had no problems with the big v website or stats last night & today where its been on my laptop or my ipad

Had no problem when I was looking at scores last night so at least they fixed it quickly.

It's working fine for me. Chelsea beat Casey 81-72 with Standerfer scoring 40 of them. He shot at 63% and the rest of the team at 28%! Impressive effort.

Never thought i would miss live stats so much! Guess its time to get a life.

What do the customers want?

It seems a bit odd that some people on here are getting it and some aren't. There must be a simple reason. What is it?

Customers want access to game info on time in full. Big V need to understand people don't want to hear TV chat that contains in jokes, rumours, innuendo , and cheap shots.

Format is tired and boring. Clearly people are saying keep your website working and stop trying to be comedians.

But to my knowledge the BigV website has rarely been "down" - and we all know most of the time when livestats are not available its a club issue, not a league one.

The update their stats (site boxscore as opposed to livestats) on Saturday night and on Sunday, although it annoys me they will not update the ladders when they do that but wait until after the weekend.

To some degree you seem to be taking an opportunity based on what is an isolated incident to have a smack at the guy.

Under the previous CEO's watch everything was on time.

We didn't get fixture until Feb this year.

No weekend reviews up (they used to all be done and up by 10am Monday.

The weekend is when they should be working when their customers are most active. They seem to think m-f 9 to 5 is the right business model. Forget TV and nonsense and focus on what your customers want - don't forget you are there to serve and satisfy otherwise no job?

Anon, I have gone after the BigV a few times here but I always try and be fair when i can.

On the whole, the weekend service by the BigV (last year included) has been pretty good. This year we are seeing live facebook videos on Saturday night and Sunday.

They are certainly not sitting on their hands on weekends.

However you prioritise it, nothing has been done as of lunchtime today. No ladder/result update, no round review, no big v tv, starting to become a little bit annoying tbh.

I can look at this and say stuff should have been up to date today (yesterday) but as well all know they have had website issues over the weekend.

I don't know what other issues they may have had but at least on facebook they were proactive in:

- telling their public they knew they had a problem
- giving a results summary on facebook for those who could not access the website

I generally find, with very few (rare) exceptions, that games completed via livestats on Saturday night are available on their results website Sunday morning.

The exceptions are often a clubs fault. ie, a club has not delivered what they should.

Anon, I can't stand the youtube shows but that (too much comedy/not enough stats) is what some people (a few) are saying here. Not necessarily what their customers as saying. I don't see how, when their service is normally pretty good over a weekend, that this is in conflict with what they do on weekdays for comedy shows.

Can't keep everyone happy I guess, but they are pretty active on FB. I'd say generally they are pretty good and at least the midweek shows give me something to watch other than the NBA to watch at work which I find great.
