also who over rides - competitions committee or club choice.
i.e. if a really poor div 2 junior team had a 0 win and low % summer - who decides club or junior comp committee if they stay ?
It is clubs to nominate and they should do so based on capability rather than ego.
Summer phases have not yet completed so all grades cannot be finalised until then and when all clubs have submitted their team nominations
Normally the 12/14's would be out by 5 Tues the changeover week but not looking like that is happening this time.
