I don't rate big men who can't defend so i really don't rate Lopez, but you can't really argue when you're getting him for practically nothing.
Looks like Steven Adams just lost his starting spot unfortunately...
This is not going to help OKC.

OKC would have to include perk in the trade to make it work financially. Apparently OKC and Charlotte have agreed to the trade. Just waiting on Brooklyn.

Steve Adams just does what Perk does but better so that's no loss.
Apparently where Perk is super underrated is in the locker room though.
Is this going to create chemistry problems?
You're not losing anyone of value on the floor but it goes beyond that.

Theyre giving up jack to get rid of Lopez. Also Jack isnt exactly an asset.

If they make this happen, OKC have had a handy few weeks.
Pretty much going with the 'you can't beat us if we score more than you' way of competing.
Durant, Westbrook, Ibaka, Lopez, Waiters, Jackson. Good luck keeping that under 100 points.
Have to wonder whether they really need the offensive boost that Lopez will give them, in place of the defense that Adams, Collison and Perkins give them.
But, if teams are going to just hand them Waiters and Lopez for players they basically don't use anyway, you don't say no.
