Hi
I have a young lad (will be 9) who cant really make it to bball during the week, whats out there on a weekend for him?
We live south of Adelaide, so if anyone can guide me to a competition/league that would be good.
At present he's 8 playing in an U/14 church league, but won't be able to continue...

You can't go past the Sturt Development league. They play on Saturdays with optional training sessions during the week....

Sturt Domestic League is every Saturday afternoon. Games for his age coup would be 12.40pm or 1.30pm. He could join an existing team.
Trainings are U12 and up Thursday 5.15pm to 6.15pm at Pasadena High Stadium or U10 Friday at 4.45pm to 5.45pm.
Trainings are $6 a session casually pay at the door, bring your own ball, not compulsory.
Call Tim on 8177 0463 Friday to discuss or just turn up to the trainings or come to the desk on Saturday at 12.15pm and ask to speak to Tim to see if he can place you in a team and have a look a the competition in action.
