Don't sulk, post the other grades yourself then. Why should the other person have to!

Other grades are very dependent in grading and player movements post grading.

14 div 1 50/50? Didn't they lose by over 30 in the qualifying final? That's optimistic

Every year Sturt have it. Should either go to highest position teams home court or pick a random court every year to have the grand finals
No way should it be at one clubs home court every year.

think you will find - they are held at BSA stadiums (so no MARS, starplex etc)and if that was the case we would be opening random stadiums all over the place and struggling to get refs to travel to stadiums for individual games. when the draw is done nobody knows who gets to play in the grand final

I honestly think all of the Div 1 grand finals could go either with one exception - Centrals will win 14 boys by a lot (assuming Sturt big still out).
Forestville 16 girls should win, I'd be suprsied if they didn't win fairly handily.
The rest though should be pretty tight. Very interested to see if South can cause another boilover in 12 boys.

Why not send all GFS to the Arena?

Because BSA don't manage the Arena so it would cost a lot of money to hire (if available and its not this weekend anyway).

Because the Arena would only have 2 courts available anyway so 2 other venues would be needed.

It's a horrible building to play in when not at least half full.

No real benefit.

I have no problem with the GFs being played at Pasadena or Wayville - they are the best "central" venues by a mile and the only real options.
My problem is that they still use court 3 at whichever venue is used - meaning the ct 2 game is usually overcrowded and in reality quite dangerous. Ct 3 shouldn't be used on GF night, and seating put on the sidelines of Ct 2 so that more spectators can safely watch the game.

Oh, and the GFs were played at the Dome for ages (15+ years) - and it was awful. No atmosphere.

As long as the team straight through to the GF gets choice of change rooms I don't care!!

3 courts ... 2 change rooms. Good luck

The rule is simple, just announced by BSA:

The club with the most teams participating is to host the Grand Finals at their home venue and will have first rights to the change rooms for pregame talk.

Problem solved!
